If it's both- then we are growing. 

But ALWAYS;  they show us.......

When Affirmations;  Said Repetitively, become 'Consciousness'. You become that 'thing' you constantly affirm you are.

And; 

Denials of 'decoys' which are illusions of anything......  Other Than All-Truth!!!!

Then the awesome Power of Affirmations 

said-  with repetition.......  WORKS!!!!

Just understand your own personal Dharma (reason for being here) and Mother Earth will produce everything else for you, that you require for your own perfect Life of total abundance.
