Mind Training.

Are You Living by Default or by Design?

All of us come into this life with a relatively clean slate. From the moment we arrive, however, our brains begin collecting data, until by age 7, we could be anything up to 75% programmed.

This data is recorded, organized and stored by the brain and becomes the foundation upon which we build our lives. What kind of a life we build is a direct reflection of our beliefs.

As children, our belief system is formed and moulded by our experiences long before our reasoning mind developed. This early programming provides our brain with a lens through which it perceives reality. Have you ever wondered how some people make success look easy while others so quickly throw in the towel? It likely has to do with their belief system.

Our beliefs create our framework, and our framework sets up the filters through which we assimilate information and create our lives. This intricate structuring is all found in your Subconscious memory mind.

You have a portal through which nearly all information enters your brain called the reticular activating system. Located in your brain stem, the RAS contributes to things like control of sleep, sex, walking, breathing, eating but perhaps most importantly, it controls consciousness. Your RAS filters incoming information and affects what you pay attention to, effectively sorting the important from the unimportant. What you pay attention to, however, is tied to your belief system, the framework of which is in your Subconscious memory mind.

Here's the irony: your reticular activating system works diligently to prevent your Subconscious mind from seeing anything that does not align with your internal beliefs. It becomes circular thinking in effect, as your beliefs determine your reality which reinforce your beliefs. This is great when you have a RAS that sees every circumstance, including setbacks and failures, as a positive through the lens of success. These are the folks who make success look easy. It becomes problematic, however, when there are limiting beliefs as these are the beliefs that create and recreate the very circumstances that we wish would go away!

Most of us were programmed with condition-based, 5 sensory thinking that relies on external stimuli to determine reality. We rely on the physical world as our key informant. This sets up a pattern of thinking that puts our focus on our conditions or circumstances. When we think into the conditions of our lives, we reinforce this pattern and it becomes our default programming. In addition to our five senses, however, we have 5 faculties: imagination, intuition, memory, will and the power of perception. These are our higher capacities that allow us to dream and desire something different for our lives, something better. The challenge is to shift your awareness from your default programming, that focuses on conditions and limiting beliefs, to a design programming that focuses on desired results. Because, the truth is, you cannot focus on your goal if you are focused on your conditions! You must learn to manage your mind by exercising your will (Conscious mind) to make yourself think correctly.

A new kind of Mind Training...

Neuroscience has shown that mental training can physically change the brain with evidence that the brain can adapt or expand through repeated activity. There is a profound parallel between mental fitness and physical fitness. Just like physical exercise, engaging in and repeating certain mental activities helps the brain become more efficient. In other words, experiences, repetitive thought processes and training can lead to functional and structural reorganization of your brain. Whether you want to gain confidence, achieve the ideal relationship, lose weight, make more money, or improve cognition, our 3D Mindset Transformation technology can help you achieve your goals. Through repetition and feedback, your RAS can be reprogrammed to direct concentration towards the things that will help you achieve your goals, while filtering the things that are holding you back. No more throwing in the towel!                                    www.lifexcells.com

Relationship Myths.

Unifying Left brain (Masculine energy) with Right brain (Feminine energy) brings home our true given nature where all our outer relationships miraculously fall into place.
Society, education, bureaucracy, commercialism, promotes left brain logic before right brain creativity, which separates us from our natural, imaginative, peaceful state of 'Being' to stay locked on-the-treadmill-of-life.....   In the fast lane of-    'DOing!!'

"The heart of the wise inclines to the right.   (feminine)
But the heart of the fool to the left."(Masculine)    Ecclesiastes 10:2

Enlightened Success:
A wise man once told me that the way to DO   (masculine)
Is to BE!  (feminine)

That didn't make sense, as I always believed the way to success was through hard work.  ( left brain)
And when I work hard, then I can have all I desire.
And when I have all I desire, then I can be happy, fulfilled, content and successful.

He said;     "You did not come here to create your life by DOing and you will never find true happiness by living that way."

He said that I must first learn to BE; (Feminine)
Then DO that which makes my heart sing!
Only then will I have true happiness, fulfillment and success.

How much Joy are you experiencing in your life?
What area of your life are you not satisfied with?
Are you ready to make a change?
Experience the music.....
Experience the message!

The Power Of The Mind. The Relationship MYTH. Pt5

The War Within;   Masculine / Feminine Energy.
It was said in the Tao Te Ching that he who reacts, puts up the first act of war. Neural science has found that humans burn, up to 80% of their energy in fight or flight reactionary, defensive life patterns of ‘stimulus’….. to which we automatically respond.
We are wired through Subconscious memory mind to respond to ‘outside’ stimulus, then react!  Up to half a second before we are Consciously aware of what we are reacting to. It all happens in a heartbeat on auto-pilot.  Free will?   You have to be joking!
We are our programmed thoughts, this all happened long before we were mentally developed to know any difference.
Consciousness shapes our reality. An artist always holds the original of any work of art within their unique Consciousness.
A musician will go into a zone of Consciousness while the music flows through them, often they look amazed at their own mystic.
Combining Consciousness with active imagination as a focused discipline…..  then it ‘appears’ out there in the world of senses.
And we have inner tools to achieve the unending stream of possibilities that make up our lives as we proceed through it.
From an early age we are taught to think rationally and tangibly. This is a very left brain method of education and it has more harmful effects than it’s given credit for. An extremely left brain way to think, but a perfect model for controlling others, male dominance, but basically a suppression of the feminine energy.

The brain is made up of two hemispheres;
The right brain, which is fundamentally creative, and the left brain which is fundamentally logic. The right brain is referred to as our female energy and the left brain is referred to as male. Every person has masculine and feminine qualities.  This has nothing to do with male / female physiology. In fact we all begin our journey in the womb, ‘female’ and after a few days a ‘male’ begins their unique physical transformation. Male breaks away!
This is the second fatal flaw in our past programming and training that by the time we are adults,  it’s almost unworkable and we cyclically travel through life win / lose; lose / win, like a game of ping pong. The game of backwards and forwards, two things always make up our world of duality! We become divided.
But synergising left and right brain, male and female energy we come home to true relationship within ourselves, then in the outside world of people, places and events we begin to notice harmony taking place of disruption. Peace replacing torment. Love (for self, and others) replacing like. Joy replacing fun.

The left and right brain represent duality yin / yang, light / dark, good / bad and every other form of duality, until enlightenment!

The Power Of The Mind. The Relationship Myth. Pt4

The 3D Mindset Transformation Program teaches you:
“How To Be A Teacher.” The teacher is the student, and the student is the teacher. We learn to live naturally with others.
As you learn where your own seat of power comes from, you will automatically begin to set everyone else around you free.
When you come on board ‘The Program’ you will grow to understand that you have been-a-house-divided-unto-itself.
You will come home;  to manage your external life from within, you will realize how unintelligent it is to try to manage and manipulate other people, places and events to the way that you want life to be. All of this will naturally take place inside of your own mind, then it will present itself perfectly in your outside world of appearances. Your true desires will begin to manifest.
Illusion and Reality:
From birth we have been trained to ‘view’ the world through our physical senses; sight, sound, touch, taste, smell; Limitation!
This is the first huge mistake because just when you think that the physical sense world is stable,  it will shift completely again.
The daily life we perceive through our five senses, is not reality!
The science of Quantum Physics has proven to us that space and time are illusions of perception, that only exists as thought!
Therefore what we ‘see’ can only be an illusion if it occupies the space.  Ernest Rutherford blew the lid off conventional scientific thinking when he performed an experiment that revealed the shape of an atom, scientist’s the world over were shocked when they saw that ‘an atom’ was almost entirely empty space.
The question become;  how could this empty atom possibly make up the world around us. Our true Consciousness does not exist in our brain or in our bodies……  Where we believe it is.
But the illusion of our individual bodies along with the misinformation of our true origins, has manifest the idea that we all think independently from one another.
With this understanding, it would seem impossible to scientifically explain telepathy, clairvoyance, spiritual mediums and other spiritual phenomenon’s….  communication that happens without any physical means to make it happen.
But when you understand that there is a common spiritual bond between all things in the universe, and that we are all part of the one Divine Intelligence, no phenomenon is unexplainable.
75% of the world believes in a spiritual realm higher than ‘Self.’
Therefore most of us agree that there is at least ONE spiritual being, A God. The question begs;  does this apply to all of us?
This simple understanding fills all the holes in modern religion, it explains reincarnation, déjà vu, prediction of the future and literally every event occurring phenomenally, or experienced.

The Relationship Myth. Pt 2

So what is the R Myth? (The Relationship Myth)

It’s the myth that relationship is anywhere; outside of yourself!

Relationship is about you, you literally are the centre of the universe. The truth was cleverly hidden inside of you all this time, in fact, for thousands of years, that I know about. But maybe beyond that to a time, when humanity was originally born free.

It has been said that; “If you want to hide the truth then look in all the places where it isn’t and then spend enormous amounts of money to make it appear authentically true.”

Where Shall We Hide the Truth;

Where shall we hide the truth from man?
The gods all cried when he was made;
How can we guard our secret now,
They are each of them most afraid.
Hide it in the earth, he will mine it,
Hide it on the mountain, he will climb it;
Even in the sea he will find it,
Where shall we hide the truth from man?

Quite beside themselves they cried,
This little guy will take our throne;
We have made him far too smart,
Not to claim our heaven home.
Hide it in matter, he’ll analyse it,
Hide it in the water, he’ll crystallize it;
Even in the hell, he surmise it,
Where shall we hide the truth from man?

To be continued.

Goal Setting.

sam@lifexcells.com

STUDY BACKS UP STRATEGIES FOR ACHIEVING GOALS

Psychology professor Dr. Gail Matthews from Dominican University of California has advice for those who put ‘stop procrastinating’ on their list of New Year’s resolutions: Share your goals with a friend.

Research recently conducted by Matthews shows that people who wrote down their goals, shared this information with a friend, and sent weekly updates to that friend were on average 33% more successful in accomplishing their stated goals than those who merely formulated goals.

Matthews became interested in the study of procrastination about 10 years ago after reading an article in Fast Company magazine about the “1953 Yale Study of Goals.” The premise of the study — that people who write down specific goals for their future are far more likely to be successful than those who have either unwritten goals or no specific goals at all — has inspired the teachings of many self-help authors and personal coaches.

The only trouble is that the study was never actually conducted. The 1996 Fast Company article debunked the Yale study as little more than an often-quoted urban legend.

However, Matthews’ research now backs up the conclusions long attributed to the mythical Yale study.

“With the proliferation of business and personal coaching and the often anecdotal reports of coaching success, it is important that this growing profession be founded on sound scientific research,” Matthews said.

Matthews recruited 267 participants from a wide variety of businesses, organizations, and networking groups throughout the United States and overseas for a study on how goal achievement in the workplace is influenced by writing goals, committing to goal-directed actions, and accountability for those actions. Participants ranged in age from 23 to 72 and represented a wide spectrum of backgrounds.

Participants in Matthews’ study were randomly assigned to one of five groups.

Group 1 was asked to simply think about the business-related goals they hoped to accomplish within a four-week block and to rate each goal according to difficulty, importance, the extent to which they had the skills and resources to accomplish the goal, their commitment and motivation, and whether they had pursued the goal before (and, if so, their prior success).

Groups 2-5 were asked to write their goals and then rate them on the same dimensions as given to Group 1.

Group 3 was also asked to write action commitments for each goal.

Group 4 had to both write goals and action commitments and also share these commitments with a friend.

Group 5 went the furthest by doing all of the above plus sending a weekly progress report to a friend.

Broadly categorized, participants’ goals included completing a project, increasing income, increasing productivity, improving organization, enhancing performance/achievement, enhancing life balance, reducing work anxiety, and learning a new skill. Specific goals ranged from writing a chapter of a book to listing and selling a house.

Of the original 267 participants, 149 completed the study. These participants were asked to rate their progress and the degree to which they had accomplished their goals.

At the end of the study, the individuals in Group 1 only accomplished 43 percent of their stated goals. Those in Group 4 accomplished 64 percent of their stated goals, while those in Group 5 were the most successful, with an average 76 percent of their goals accomplished.

“My study provides empirical evidence for the effectiveness of three coaching tools: accountability, commitment, and writing down one’s goals,” Matthews said.

Double Your Brain Power. Pt10

sam@lifexcells.com
The Only Requirement is the Desire To Succeed.
I’ve seen business men who have no other competence or ability at all except an ability to trust in the SuperConscious capability, and to act instantaneously every single time they get an answer, build enormous fortunes and become outrageously successful irrespective of lack of education, lack of intelligence, lack of any other ability, lack of any benefits or advantages, by simply plugging into the SuperConscious capability. They have received all the answers they required to build enormous companies.      Finally the basic operating principle of the SuperConscious mind is this;
Any thought, plan, goal or idea held continuously in the Conscious mind must be brought into reality by the SuperConscious mind.
  • Any thought plan or goal held continuously in the Conscious mind must be brought into our lives and into our experience and into our reality by the SuperConscious mind.  Whether positive or negative!  (Warning! Be careful, until you learn how to drive this most magnificent mind processor.)
  • And this is why it is so extremely important for us to always keep our mind focused on what we want to happen. And identify redundant, pre-programmed SubConscious memory patterns.
  • And to talk and think and visualize and imagine, and only that which we desire to come into our lives.
  • Because our lives are nothing more than the out picturing or expression of our continuous SubConscious thoughts that run 24/7 on a looped rote routine pattern, unless we Consciously interrupt them with disciplined new goals and take action every day on steps shown to us.
  • And you will find that in the experience of every successful man or women who has ever lived,  they have sooner or later developed the habit of keeping their mind rigorously disciplined and focused on what they want to happen, rather than on what they fear.
  • Because if we think continuously about what we fear, if we think continuously about what we don’t want to happen, we bring that into our lives by the same irrevocable, immutable law that we bring good things into our lives.
  • So we must Consciously and deliberately and systematically exclude all thoughts from our Conscious and SubConscious mind that we do not want to bring into our reality.
  • We must not talk about the things we fear, we must not think about them, we must not write about them, we must not dwell upon them, or read about them.
  • We must only think of what we want to happen.
Because we are dealing with the most powerful single force in nature, your own individual human brain, which can tap into the SuperConscious power source and bring us anything that we want in life.  Any thought, plan, goal or idea held continuously in your Conscious mind must be brought into reality by the SuperConscious.  The only question is; do you have the discipline, and the control, and the perseverance, and the persistence, and the determination to hold your goals, your ambition, your aspirations clearly in your mind long enough for it to come into reality? That’s the only thing that you have to do, and everything else will take care of itself by immutable law.
This is the most important encapsulation of the laws of success that you will ever hear.

  • Another factor of SuperConscious Infinite mind is that this SuperConscious mind functions best under two conditions. It functions best when the Conscious mind is working with 100 percent concentration on solving the problem or achieving the goal, very often when we are totally concentrated on accomplishing one specific important thing, the ideas that we need will flash into our minds.
  • The other time that the SuperConscious mind works is when the Conscious mind is completely elsewhere when we are thinking of something else totally separate and apart from the problem, or the goal that we are working on.
Very often we will be driving along or going for a walk or listening to a piece of music or even in the middle of a conversation, the idea or the answer that we have been searching for will shoot into our mind and with crystal clarity.
  • The SuperConscious mind does not function when we are mulling over our problems, or our goals.
  • The SuperConscious mind only works when we are concentrating totally or not thinking about it at all. So it’s a very good idea to try both on every problem and try both on every goal and I will give you some methods to do so soon.

The SuperConscious mind also contains all monitor circuits which means that we can use the SuperConscious for pre programming. Many people have the ability to wake up in the morning without an alarm clock. This is an ability that everybody has. They can program their mind to wake up within one minute of a particular time. Whether it’s in a pitch black room, whether they’ve gone to bed early or late, whether they have crossed time zones, and every single time their mind goes off like a little alarm clock and wakes them at exactly the precise moment that they’ve programmed into it. As a matter of fact nobody needs an alarm clock. The only reason we use alarm clocks is because we doubt the SuperConscious capability. Has anybody ever wondered why this works, thousands of people don’t use alarm clocks but they very seldom sit down and say “Why is this?” Why is it that it’s possible to program this time so clearly in the mind and wake up within a minute of that time?

This wonderful example of “Don’t Know Mind” illustrates the hit and miss lifestyles of the 21st century.
“Alice came to a fork in the road. “Which road do I take?” she asked.
“Where do you want to go?” responded the Cheshire Cat.
“I don't know,” Alice answered.
“Then,” said the Cat, “It doesn't matter.”

Dr Joyce brothers calls this flow of SuperConscious creativity just by the word flow, and whenever an individual has been working on a creative project, and many people have to write proposals, or write reports, or write term papers. They have had the experience of sitting down to work at a term paper, or to work on a proposal and suddenly something clicks in their mind and the words begin to flow and they begin to flow line after line after line and page after page, and it seems that you can write the whole proposal from beginning to end almost without notes and when you’re finished, its word for word perfect. Many of the great poems and the great stories and the great songs, many of the great creations of human history have been written or constructed word perfect the very first time and this is all an example of this SuperConscious capability that’s available to all of us .

The three layers of the mind always work together, synergized, harmonized, unified. They can never be separated, broken up into parts, nor worked individually. They will work for good for us….  Or for bad!
The problem is that if we don’t know how to drive this Ferrari of equipment, we can take any road to success and really not know where we are going at all. Down the road somewhere, we can crash the Ferrari.

SubConscious;  emotional/senses mind. 40 million bit per second processor. Multi tasking abilities.
Conscious;  intellectual mind.   40 bit per second processor. (One thing at a time, small attention span)
SuperConscious;  infinite omniscience mind.  Omniscience:  The all knowing universal mind.

You already use these three layers of mind, but you can be sure that you do not know the formula to really harmonize continual, consistent results that will build your life to maximum planned successful outcomes.

Initiate 3D Mind, and activate the following laws:
The Law of Attraction:  Reading intuition, steps and leads.
The Law of Action:        Taking action on given leads.
The Law of Use:             If you don’t use it, you will lose it.

Learn the 3D formula, and you will be Creator of all that you desire. Everything you do will have success!

Another capability of the SuperConscious mind is that it has the ability to take us through the lessons that we need to learn in order to achieve the goal, we know for instance that the SubConscious mind will take a goal and will go to work to move us toward that goal very much the way a torpedo, once it is aimed at a particular target and fired, the torpedo will move toward the target and will take sonar blips from the target that feedback to it. And will correct its course and no matter where the target goes the torpedo will hit the target.

The SuperConscious will do this also, but the SuperConscious has one additional unique capacity and it is this;

  • We can program our goal or target into our mind and into our SuperConscious capability, and as long as we have a very clear idea of what it is we want to accomplish, we can then fire off our mental torpedo into the air and the super conscious has the ability to seek out and find the target even though we have no idea where it is.
  • Or we begin moving toward it, while we are moving toward this target the super conscious, especially if we have set a goal and our target is very high for us, the super conscious will take us through the lessons necessary to enable us to accomplish that goal.
  • It will take us over hurdles, it will take us through mistakes, through obstacles, through setbacks, through disappointments, through stumbling blocks,
  • Everyone of which is been put there to teach us a valuable lesson to enable us to reach our ultimate goal, and to have the matured ability to be able to live in it successfully.

Incarceration divisions

With prison recidivism rates hitting all time highs. Confronting Confinement, a June 2006 U.S. prison study by the bipartisan Commission on Safety and Abuse in America's Prisons, reports than on any given day, up to 2 million people are incarcerated in the United States, and that over the course of a year, 13.5 million spend time in prison or jail.

African Americans are imprisoned at a rate roughly seven times higher than whites, and Hispanics at a rate three times higher than whites. Within three years of their release, 67% of former prisoners are rearrested and 52% are re-incarcerated, a recidivism rate that calls into question the effectiveness of America's corrections system, which costs taxpayers $60 billion a year. Violence, overcrowding, poor medical and mental health care, and numerous other failings plague America's 5,000 prisons and jails.

The study indicates that even small improvements in medical care could significantly reduce recidivism. “What happens inside jails and prisons does not stay inside jails and prisons,” the commission concludes, since 95% of inmates are eventually released back into society, ill-equipped to lead productive lives. But up to 90% of all those prison inmates released back into society, eventually end up back in prison.

Given the dramatic rise in incarceration over the past decade, with one American out of every one hundred people in prison, public safety is threatened unless the corrections system does in fact “correct” rather than simply punish.
(1 in 100 U.S. Adults Behind Bars, New Study Says - New York Times
www.nytimes.com/2008/02/28/us/28cnd-prison.html
28 Feb 2008 ... With more than 1.6 million people in prison, the incarceration rate is now the ... One out of every 100 adults is behind bars because one out of every 100 ...)

So if one (or more) person is imprisoned, we all (society) are trapped in the fear of “Criminals on the loose” that could attack each and / or everyone of us, anytime, mentality. Our communal fear negative energy grows and expands this astounding phenomenon faster than people can become harden criminals.

Correctional procedures need to be introduced within society, not measures of incarceration and punishment that have never worked. Two hundred and fifty years ago people were sent to the other side of the world as punishment, as we can’t geographically do that anymore, we just lock folk away that need our help and support right in our own communities, while we turn a blind eye to issues that belong to us all. “As the same rain falls on the unjust..... As the just.” Who can cast the first stone, as we all are capable of good and bad, just varying degrees of it, some get caught, some don't. The things that we love or hate about others are merely mirror images of ourselves, the things that we are afraid of, that given the right scenario, we could commit ourselves. So when we ask the question: “What is it about this person, that I like or don’t like about myself.”This simple question can be extremely liberating.

Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len of the Self Identity, self improvement program which is based on an ancient Hawaiian tribal problem solving system cleared a ward of 38 insane criminals in Hawaii that had carried out the most heinous of crimes in the past, within two years of him taking personal responsibility of all that he saw each day within the prison. Only one of the prisoners was not returned into society to live their normal lives again. A remarkable story that is worth a read on the internet.

So with up to 1% of the America population in prisons, for the first time in the nation’s history, more than one in 100 American adults is behind bars, according to a new report. Nationwide, the prison population grew by 25,000 last year, bringing it to over 1.6 million. Another 723,000 people are in local jails. The number of American adults is about 230 million, meaning that one in every 99.1 adults is behind bars. Incarceration rates are even higher for some groups. One in 36 Hispanic adults is behind bars, based on Justice Department figures for 2006. One in 15 black adults is too, as is one in nine black men between the ages of 20 and 34.

We can see that prisons although called “Correctional Centres” are nothing more than crude temporary homes that “BAD PEOPLE” stay in until society says that they can return into society again. But most times these people are so ill-equipped to fit back into society and are in fact shunned so badly that up to 90% actually choose to re-offend so they can return into the crudeness of a prison home where they are at least accepted for their bad behaviour, fed, cleaned, housed, partially protected and medically looked after, like children really these emotionally damaged people never get taught basic principles of freedom because they are never given the acceptance of Grace to guide them to grow.
Prison psychiatrists that only know how to be experts in behaviour, mentally, emotionally tripping up inmates so that they fail their paroles often many times, and have to do extra time. This is an industry where all the politicians, bureaucrats and workers that gain employment by holding people in ‘bad’ behaviour for as long as they can by caging them up like animals with little correction ever happening.

Our self proclaimed Christian society where about 75% of Australians profess to being Christian, still lives in first testimonial biblical law, “An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth; LAW.” We talk about second testimonial principals of “GRACE” (which is virtually opposite to law) but that’s all we do.... Talk about a higher way to live, but practice an old antiquated system that never worked and has become an expensive out of control dinosaur the governments try and manage, but as currently proving to be.... Unsuccessful!

THIS IS BECAUSE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO MOTIVATE PEOPLE ON THE REVERSE OF A GOOD IDEA. Meaning simply that behaviour is an illusion. I (Sam) have mixed with some of societies hardest criminals while volunteering organised group fellowship to them in prisons and I can tell you that so long as I did not judge them by their outward physical appearances, these men and woman were absolutely delightful people. Fellowship group prison volunteers talk with male prisoners on Saturdays around having tea, coffee and cakes that we would take with us from bakeries that donated them.

And weekly in the evening we would travel to a Women’s prison to take cakes again for supper and teach the female inmates line dancing. One female prisoner has always stuck in my memory, she had been a nurse, and did not have the tough appearance of many prisoners, but for whatever reason, she had killed her husband. Usually we never got to know why they were incarcerated and this helped us to be non-judgemental, (but another prisoner mentioned it.) This woman had in the past, a life, career as a nurse, and a family and making one mistake in a moment of temporary insanity (not consciously present) that will affect her for the rest of her life no matter how much good she does in her future, society will never release her from her judgmental criminal record.
This principle is as insane  as was the state of the person when they commit crimes. Taking a permanent action to deal with a temporary situation. Isn't it interesting that judgmental and governmental, both end in..... MENTAL!  Originating from the mind which is driven by its sensual, world mind perception.
Appearances of evil, which are the decoys. By punishing people for their behaviour not only locks that same behaviour in, but also fails to draw the person to moderation in behaviour.

Our police system debates whether it should call itself “Law enforcement agents” instead of the original “Peace officer.” This is a huge semantically propelled idea that drastically changes a police officer’s attitude to power. The past 'peace officer' was a public servant, there to serve the public. Imagine how society could be treated by a public servant that by contrast saw themselves as an agent there to enforce a system that literally has been proven to NOT work. The original peace officer new instinctively that some minor bad behaviour was temporary and treated it accordingly, often with a good telling off and sending ‘the offender’ home to reflect on their questionable deeds. Nowadays we could be tasered for minor infringements.

Lawyers, solicitors, prosecutors, court judges, in fact most professionals trained by our educational system, mostly run on societies ‘duality’ system, whereby everyone is guilty until proven innocent, win/lose, lose/win.  If Judges haven’t tended their “Office of Oath” into the court at each trial, then they are on the side of the law which says that defendants are guilty until we prove otherwise. If they do tender their Oath of Office, then a Judge must protect the defendant who then he must consider innocent until proven guilty. If you are ever before a court of law, always politely ask the judge; "Your honor, have you tended your Oath of Office to the court?

This video of a three part birth-life-death story of Steve Jobs life was screened to us at a two day Visionary Leadership Conference this week.  The whole story that Steve Jobs told here in the video was after a near death experience, and before he knew that his life was going to be cut short.

His story is such an amazing experience because he decided very young, not to follow anyone but his own intuition. And as he himself said; "It is not possible to connect the dots of our personal journey, accept in hindsight." As he followed his own intuition over the decades, often through great financial hardship and ongoing adversity, his way continued to open up before him as he faced every challenge.

The outcome as we all experience through technology every day is remarkable. Where would we all be if 'Apple' was not given life through one mans commitment to staying off the treadmill of mediocrity and following his own vision to revolutionize how we do business in the 21st century.

Suspended Disbelief. Pt 3

Free ebook: Taking Your Mind To freedom.
sam@lifexcells.com

How do we accept the issues of this world each and every day without really questioning our beliefs, thoughts, feelings and subsequent stressful outcomes? Bob Proctor of "The Secret" talks about shifting paradigms, if we question our beliefs, challenge our thoughts, reframe our circumstances, our interpretation of how the world is and our place in the world dramatically changes, very quickly.

Are we so anesthetized, programmed and completely given our power and energy over to a few 'people of power' to look after things for us, while we sleep-at-the-wheel?  As it is a proven scientific fact that we seldom are consciously present, maybe 5% of the time.....  Will we ever awaken to our given gift of life, freedom, peace, joy and ultimate loving nature?
On questioning our lives we can all see that most of our day is taken up by being "A mouse on a treadmill."  Either working, or thinking about working. Occasionally we get to do something fun!

Well, if you are reading this blog, it's time to suspend your belief and take action on your dreams!

In popular culture;  Wikipedia.  Suspension of Disbelief.
"In popular culture According to the theory, suspension of disbelief is an essential ingredient for any kind of storytelling. With any film, the viewer has to ignore the reality that they are viewing a two-dimensional moving image on a screen and temporarily accept it as reality in order to be entertained. Black-and-white films provide an obvious early example that audiences are willing to suspend disbelief, no matter how unreal the images appear, for the sake of entertainment.
With the exception of totally color blind people (See: Achromatopsia), no person viewing these films sees the real world without color, but they are still willing to suspend disbelief and accept the images in order to be entertained.

Suspension of disbelief is also supposed to be essential for the enjoyment of many movies and TV shows involving complex stunts, special effects, and seemingly unrealistic plots, characterizations, etc. The theory professes to explain why a subset of action movie fans are willing to accept the idea that, for example: The good guy can get away with shooting guns in public places (without getting in trouble with the local law-enforcement himself), never running out of ammunition (Rambo movies), or that cars will explode with a well-placed shot to the gas tank (numerous action movies use this trope/plot element). Suspension of disbelief is also needed when a character is not supposed to age over the course of a series (because of being a vampire or be eternal/immortal because of some quirk / trait / power of the character) but the actor eventually does – as seen in Angel and Highlander.

Likewise, the various Terminators played by Arnold Schwarzenegger are supposed to be standardized units from the same assembly line, but the original cyborg in 1984's The Terminator looks noticeably younger than the cyborgs with the "same" organic covering that appear in the 1991 and 2003 sequel movies. In the three CSI series, it is frequently implied that forensic test results are received immediately after said tests are performed; in reality, it can take several months to get results back, it is inconvenient to the plots to show the necessary waiting period.

To advance the plot, a suspension of disbelief is necessary, and viewers must accept that the waiting period has passed or that there is no waiting period to begin with. As well, in real life, crime scene investigators are not responsible for the wide array of police duties that the show's characters typically carry out (investigation, arrest, interrogation, etc.); they limit themselves to forensic and lab work; these series would have audiences believe that crime scene units are solely responsible for entire investigations, including the arrest.

Also another suspension of disbelief is having an episode of a TV show (or a movie) set in a foreign country and have all the actors portraying citizens of said country speak another language entirely and fluently (example: a setting in Germany during the Third Reich where people dressed as German citizens and German officers speak fluent English). All sorts of story-telling involving puppets or cartoon characters demand suspension of disbelief on the part of the audience, since it is obvious that the "people" seen are not real living persons. On the Muppet Show, the rods controlling Kermit's arms are clearly visible, but the audience is expected to ignore them."

Do we, as a society, suspend our disbelief with government, religion, media, banks, law, taxation, healthcare, (sic) big pharma, farming practices, industry, consumerism, etc?

Are You A Creator?

Are You A Creator In Your Life, Or A Victim Of Others?
sam@lifexcells.com

The answer is very simply; we are always creating the life that completely matches our own internal story that is continually running 24 hours of every day of our lives. Our subconscious thoughts are physically acted upon a half of a second (more likely longer) before we are actually consciously aware of what has happened.

Neuroscience of free will; refers to recent neuro scientific investigation of questions concerning free will.
It is a topic of philosophy and science. One question is whether, and in what sense, rational agents exercise control over their actions or decisions. As it has become possible to study the living brain, researchers have begun to watch decision making processes at work.
Findings could carry implications for moral responsibility in general. Moreover, some research shows that if findings seem to challenge people's belief in the idea of free will itself then this can affect their sense of agency (e.g. sense of control in their life) Neuroscience of free will. Wikipedia.

Basically what this Wikipedia article is saying is that we are fundamentally being lived through ourselves by our pre-programmed beliefs, thoughts and consequent feelings.

But the basic reality is that we still are the sole creator of all of our own life experiences, carried out from our self chosen / accepted program. Therefore the good news is that we can control and manage our entire life to be exactly what we want every outcome to be, by learning how to reprogram the subconscious mind.

What Is Love?

Join Up For Free ebook or Weekly Webinar.
sam@lifexcells.com

Is it sensuality?  Is it raunchy?  Is it Lustful?  Is it sexuality?

Common love=       Exploitation.

Real Love=               Mutual gratification.

Have-   do-   be=       Ego....         Counterfeit lust!  (decoy)
Be-   do-   have=       Natural...   Real true love.

“We come to love not by finding a perfect partner, but by learning to see an imperfect partner perfectly.” By seeing who we ourselves truly are, the creator of all of our own world.

All of our relationships are really imaginary- that is, based on an image formed by thought. If I have an image of you and you have an image of me, then naturally we don’t see each other at all as we actually are. What we see is the images we have formed about each other which prevent us from being in contact and that is why our relationships go wrong.  No two people ever met!
When we realize this dynamic, we begin to search for this other person’s defects within our own memory and any annoyance will turn to gratitude that their behavior has led you to self discovery.

“I love You.” These words are often said but seldom really meant, as most relationships have a use by date to varying degrees, (50% of marriages fail) even if we stay physically, our energy has moved on.

Because if you say these words and really mean them.... then they are forever, not just until the person that you are saying them to behaves the way that we feel they should and not change.
Mostly we stay with others, so long as they agree with..   "Our Story."

The reality of relationship is that fundamentally we reflect back to others their own behavior, therefore what ever is happening within our relationships, is merely a magnification of our own beliefs.

Knowing this simple truth will liberate each of us to take 100% responsibility for all our life outcomes. We never need to change nor endure others, we merely need to look within ourselves to be free.
Only then, can we be really grateful for every person, place and event that shows up in our life.

Who Are You...... Really?

Have you ever really pondered this question?

Am I me?   Am I a figment of my families / partner / friends imagination?   Am I my profession?
Am I who I want to become when I grow Up?   Am I my religion?   Am I my creed?
Am I black / white / yellow / red?   Who do I listen to when I search for the meaning of life?

So many choices to one simple question..... Who am I really? Could it be so very simple? Could it just be that I am my own inner thoughts about who I am? Who do I listen the most to?   Me!

Yes I talk to myself the whole day long, and even while I sleep, I dream about- and to myself.
In fact there is nobody in this world that I trust more than I trust myself. I believe every single word I tell myself every moment of every day. Of the tens of thousands of thoughts that think through me every day, I never doubt a single one!

Sadly, all of these thoughts are quiet insane, as not a single one of them truly relate to who I really are. They only relate to the past and the future. The subconscious mind that thinks me is completely incapable of a sane conscious, in the present moment thought. It's a library of information that projects itself into my future.

To really know who you truly are, you would have to take a deep breath, consciously activate your pre-frontal conscious mini mind that is such a novel idea to any human being, and actually begin thinking in REAL time. But don't count on achieving any great outcomes as your little pea brain sized 40 bit-per-second conscious mind will never compete with your giant sized 40 million bit-per-second sub-cortical mind processor that completely controls you 24/7 from past learnt fixed programs.

However, deep within you there is a voice that calls for you to know who you really are without your fixed program. To learn of your true power. You feel a constant call to release your gift of life to others that await that very special power buried somewhere within you. You know that you are just idling along now, but there's more still to come, if only you could find your true passion.

There are so few leaders of truth in this world, but so many followers of injustice and deception.
You know you have the answer within you; are you listening?

Her Morning Elegance.

Does it feel like you are on a treadmill every morning and can't seem to get off, no matter what you try to change? People, Places, and Events just absorb your time and energy.

The 5 steps to peace and prosperity
According to Dr Bruce Lipton in his best seller book;  Biology Of Belief.
The cause of problems are never what you may like to believe that they are, what you see with your eyes and hear with your ears are the results of the causes that are buried deep within our subconscious memory that consequently controls up to 95% of our outcomes.
“I am never upset for the reasons that I think I am”. The cause usually completely eludes us until we get desperate enough to search within ourselves. And over time, you will find out simply how to do just that. Only then are we able to transmute those causes that create negative outcomes into more loving productive enterprising outcomes.

When you apply the following five steps you will begin to discover “The Creator within”.   Any previous victim mentality will simply be dissolved forever. Your true authentic power will be restored to you and life will naturally flow through you again, not to you from the outside, as you have tried, in vain,to do all of your life.

The truth is-  You are the cause !!   And You create all your life outcomes.  People, events  and circumstances merely mirror back to us our hidden, from self, secret agendas.
As we learn, grow and apply this simple wisdom parents, partners, children, friends, colleagues, and even enemies become our true loving self as they honor us by consistently ALWAYS showing us how we are moving along in life on our "Pilgrims Progress."
Their real honest, open, uncensored feedback teaches us how we need to patiently, truthfully, assimilate their feedback to change and grow ourselves. Strangely though.....  As we do change and grow, so too does ALL  these other people on our list become nicer, kinder, sensitive, loving people.

1:  Realize that you are the creator of all your life outcomes. Nothing changes for you by applying the “blame / judgement game”.

2:  Acknowledge that you are 100% responsible for all your life outcomes-  both good and bad. People, places and events mirror back to you through the law of attraction.

3:  Know that if you are the creator of all your life circumstances, then you also hold the key to unlocking all your answers. Patience is power while answers come to you. When you have done all to stand, then stand some more.

4:  Learn that gratitude is the catalyst that turns dysfunction into success in all your endeavours. Being grateful for all things both good and what is only appearing as bad, has remarkable outcomes.

5:  Understand that at a quantum level everything is connected. Every subconscious thought even before you are consciously aware of it has gone out into the world to create the outcome of your greatest dream, your worst nightmare, or your continued rut.

When you don't believe your thoughts, what is, (appearing) is what you are.  There's no separation in it all.  You're everything!  Only the unquestioned mind would believe that you are an "I" living inside a body.      Byron Katie.     A Thousand Names For Joy.

Who's Minding The Mind?

sam@lifexcells.com

In a recent experiment, psychologists at Yale altered people’s judgments of a stranger by handing them a cup of coffee.
The study participants, college students, had no idea that their social instincts were being deliberately manipulated. On the way to the laboratory, they had bumped into a laboratory assistant, who was holding textbooks, a clipboard, papers and a cup of hot or iced coffee — and asked for a hand with the cup.

That was all it took: The students who held a cup of iced coffee rated a hypothetical person they later read about as being much colder, less social and more selfish than did their fellow students, who had momentarily held a cup of hot java.
Findings like this one, as improbable as they seem, have poured forth in psychological research over the last few years. New studies have found that people tidy up more thoroughly when there’s a faint tang of cleaning liquid in the air; they become more competitive if there’s a briefcase in sight, or more cooperative if they glimpse words like “dependable” and “support” — all without being aware of the change, or what prompted it.  Psychologists say that “priming” people in this way is not some form of hypnotism, or even subliminal seduction; rather, it’s a demonstration of how everyday sights, smells and sounds can selectively activate goals or motives that people already have.

More fundamentally, the new studies reveal a subconscious brain that is far more active, purposeful and independent than previously known. Goals, whether to eat, mate or devour an iced latte, are like automatic neural software programs that can only be run one at a time, and the unconscious is perfectly capable of running the program it chooses.

The give and take between these unconscious choices and our rational, conscious aims can help explain some of the more mystifying realities of behavior, like how we can be generous one moment and petty the next, or act rudely at a dinner party when convinced we are emanating charm.

“When it comes to our behavior from moment to moment, the big question is, ‘What to do next?’ ” said John A. Bargh, a professor of psychology at Yale and a co-author, with Lawrence Williams, of the coffee study, which was presented at a recent psychology conference. “Well, we’re finding that we have these unconscious behavioral guidance systems that are continually furnishing suggestions through the day about what to do next, and the brain is considering and often acting on those, all before conscious awareness.”
Dr. Bargh added: “Sometimes those goals are in line with our conscious intentions and purposes, and sometimes they’re not.”

Priming the Unconscious
The idea of subliminal influence has a mixed reputation among scientists because of a history of advertising hype and apparent fraud. In 1957, an ad man named James Vicary claimed to have increased sales of Coca-Cola and popcorn at a movie theater in Fort Lee, N.J., by secretly flashing the words “Eat popcorn” and “Drink Coke” during the film, too quickly to be consciously noticed. But advertisers and regulators doubted his story from the beginning, and in a 1962 interview, Mr. Vicary acknowledged that he had trumped up the findings to gain attention for his business.
Later studies of products promising subliminal improvement, for things like memory and self-esteem, found no effect.
Some scientists also caution against overstating the implications of the latest research on priming unconscious goals. The new research “doesn’t prove that consciousness never does anything,” wrote Roy Baumeister, a professor of psychology at Florida State University, in an e-mail message. “It’s rather like showing you can hot-wire a car to start the ignition without keys. That’s important and potentially useful information, but it doesn’t prove that keys don’t exist or that keys are useless.”
Yet he and most in the field now agree that the evidence for psychological hot-wiring has become overwhelming. In one 2004 experiment, psychologists led by Aaron Kay, then at Stanford University and now at the University of Waterloo, had students take part in a one-on-one investment game with another, unseen player.
Half the students played while sitting at a large table, at the other end of which was a briefcase and a black leather portfolio. These students were far stingier with their money than the others, who played in an identical room, but with a backpack on the table instead.
The mere presence of the briefcase, noticed but not consciously registered, generated business-related associations and expectations, the authors argue, leading the brain to run the most appropriate goal program: compete. The students had no sense of whether they had acted selfishly or generously.

In another experiment, published in 2005, Dutch psychologists had undergraduates sit in a cubicle and fill out a questionnaire. Hidden in the room was a bucket of water with a splash of citrus-scented cleaning fluid, giving off a faint odor. After completing the questionnaire, the young men and women had a snack, a crumbly biscuit provided by laboratory staff members.
The researchers covertly filmed the snack time and found that these students cleared away crumbs three times more often than a comparison group, who had taken the same questionnaire in a room with no cleaning scent. “That is a very big effect, and they really had no idea they were doing it,” said Henk Aarts, a psychologist at Utrecht University and the senior author of the study.

The Same Brain Circuits
The real-world evidence for these unconscious effects is clear to anyone who has ever run out to the car to avoid the rain and ended up driving too fast, or rushed off to pick up dry cleaning and returned with wine and cigarettes — but no pressed slacks.
The brain appears to use the very same neural circuits to execute an unconscious act as it does a conscious one. In a study that appeared in the journal Science in May, a team of English and French neuro scientists performed brain imaging on 18 men and women who were playing a computer game for money. The players held a hand grip and were told that the tighter they squeezed when an image of money flashed on the screen, the more of the loot they could keep.
As expected, the players squeezed harder when the image of a British pound flashed by than when the image of a penny did — regardless of whether they consciously perceived the pictures, many of which flew by subliminally. But the circuits activated in their brains were similar as well: an area called the ventral pallidum was particularly active whenever the participants responded.

“This area is located in what used to be called the reptilian brain, well below the conscious areas of the brain,” said the study’s senior author, Chris Frith, a professor in neuropsychology at University College London who wrote the book “Making Up The Mind: How the Brain Creates our Mental World.”
The results suggest a “bottom-up” decision-making process, in which the ventral pallidum is part of a circuit that first weighs the reward and decides, then interacts with the higher-level, conscious regions later, if at all, Dr. Frith said.

Scientists have spent years trying to pinpoint the exact neural regions that support conscious awareness, so far in vain. But there’s little doubt it involves the prefrontal cortex, the thin outer layer of brain tissue behind the forehead, and experiments like this one show that it can be one of the last neural areas to know when a decision is made.
This bottom-up order makes sense from an evolutionary perspective. The subcortical areas of the brain evolved first and would have had to help individuals fight, flee and scavenge well before conscious, distinctly human layers were added later in evolutionary history. In this sense, Dr. Bargh argues, unconscious goals can be seen as open-ended, adaptive agents acting on behalf of the broad, genetically encoded aims — automatic survival systems.

In several studies, researchers have also shown that, once covertly activated, an unconscious goal persists with the same determination that is evident in our conscious pursuits. Study participants primed to be cooperative are assiduous in their teamwork, for instance, helping others and sharing resources in games that last 20 minutes or longer. Ditto for those set up to be aggressive.
This may help explain how someone can show up at a party in good spirits and then for some unknown reason — the host’s loafers? the family portrait on the wall? some political comment? — turn a little sour, without realizing the change until later, when a friend remarks on it. “I was rude? Really? When?”

Mark Schaller, a psychologist at the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver, has done research showing that when self-protective instincts are primed — simply by turning down the lights in a room, for instance — white people who are normally tolerant become unconsciously more likely to detect hostility in the faces of black men with neutral expressions.
“Sometimes nonconscious effects can be bigger in sheer magnitude than conscious ones,” Dr. Schaller said, “because we can’t moderate stuff we don’t have conscious access to, and the goal stays active.”

Until it is satisfied, that is, when the program is subsequently suppressed, research suggests. In one 2006 study, for instance, researchers had North Western University undergraduates recall an unethical deed from their past, like betraying a friend, or a virtuous one, like returning lost property. Afterward, the students had their choice of a gift, an antiseptic wipe or a pencil; and those who had recalled bad behavior were twice as likely as the others to take the wipe. They had been primed to psychologically “cleanse” their consciences.
Once their hands were wiped, the students became less likely to agree to volunteer their time to help with a graduate school project. Their hands were clean: the unconscious goal had been satisfied and now was being suppressed, the findings suggest.

What You Don’t Know
Using subtle cues for self-improvement is something like trying to tickle yourself, Dr. Bargh said: priming doesn’t work if you’re aware of it. Manipulating others, while possible, is dicey. “We know that as soon as people feel they’re being manipulated, they do the opposite; it backfires,” he said.
And researchers do not yet know how or when, exactly, unconscious drives may suddenly become conscious; or under which circumstances people are able to override hidden urges by force of will. Millions have quit smoking, for instance, and uncounted numbers have resisted darker urges to misbehave that they don’t even fully understand.

Yet the new research on priming makes it clear that we are not alone in our own consciousness. We have company, an invisible partner who has strong reactions about the world that don’t always agree with our own, but whose instincts, these studies clearly show, are at least as likely to be helpful, and attentive to others, as they are to be disruptive.
